Damon Dash’s life just got a little more complicated. On top of recently being denied custody of his two daughters, Dash must pony up $342,000 to avoid being arrested on a warrant.
New York Supreme Court Justice Matthew Cooper filed the warrant on Wednesday after Dash failed to appear in court with ex-wife Rachel Roy.
The $314,999 is the amount of Roy says Dash owes her, which includes child support, tuition, camp fees and mortgage payments.
According to the NY Daily News, the Cooper is requesting immediate payment, or Dash will end up behind bars. Not showing up in court seems to be a common practice for Dash. He also didn’t show up in a California court during his custody hearing and subsequently lost his case.
