A black man who grew up in foster care was out shopping in a Kroger grocery store when he ran into a a man that he alleges attempted to rape him as a child.

He asked the man if his name was Kenemous Bell and the man replied yes. The man extended his had to shake his hand and his response was, ” I can’t shake your hand, do you remember me.”

The man then responds,” yea, yea”He then said you used to stay on Ferguson and the man replied yea. He then blurted out,”You tried to F$%k me in the A%$ when I was 7-years old.
