After months of declaring that the scandalous footage of her was stolen from her boyfriend’s bag, Mimi Faust clarified for her girlfriends that some of it was shot for and given directly to Vivid Entertainment.
From the beginning, Mimi, the co-star of Mimi & Nikko: Scandal in Atlanta, has been sticking to her man’s original story that the footage was obtained after being stolen from the airport.
However, that’s not the entire story. In a preview of Monday’s episode, the “Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta” star tells friends Ariane Davis and Erica Dixon that she and Nikko recorded more sex scenes after the original tape was obtained by Vivid.
“The initial tape was homemade,” Mimi admitted. “The company said, ‘We don’t have enough footage because it has to be a certain amount of footage to sell.’”
When previously asked about the obvious multiple camera angles and high quality of the production, Mimi held back that tidbit of info, and she explained why.
“I didn’t feel like I needed to divulge all that from the beginning,” she said.
