So apparently, love is in the air. And with it, “The Real” co-host Adrienne Bailon has wed gospel singer Israel Houghton in Paris on Friday. And as Bailon herself has stated about her state of marital bliss:

“I genuinely just feel so blessed and grateful. I’ve honestly never been happier in my entire life. I’ve never felt what I feel right now. I can’t even describe what it is, but it’s such a peace mixed with total excitement.”

Both Bailon and Israel — who were friends for years before they began dating this spring — exchanged vows in front of approximately 70 guests at the Hotel Plaza Athénée in Paris. And among those in attendance were radio personality Angie Martinez and Bailon’s “The Real” co-hosts Loni Love, Jeannie Mai and Tamera Mowry-Housley.

The ceremony was kept on the super-sneaky DL. And that is just how Bailon wanted it…

“I’m so glad we chose such an intimate group of who have shared in our journey and know our hearts and that I honestly feel comfortable crying in front of. I didn’t want to invite people I felt I had to put on a performance for. I wanted every moment to be genuine and really special and that’s what it is going to be.”

In a recent interview on PEOPLE.com Bailon gave the details about her “sort of but not really- Bridal shower”.
