EarHustle411 enjoys seeing great photos of President Obama and his precious girls. Pretty soon Malia Obama will be going to college and President Obama will be amongst us parents who have to learn to “let go” and let them fly on their own.  We have confidence that Malia will be just fine when she goes on to her next journey of education and of course President Obama will be teary-eyed all the way to whatever college she chooses.

President Obama is not like a regular dad, he’s a cool dad.

Barack Obama was speaking during a recent appearance at a Michigan college, when he was reminded that his eldest daughter Malia will soon be leaving the White House to start a college career of her own.

He told the crowd at Maycomb County Community College via PEOPLE:

“Just yesterday, Malia started her first day of senior year. You know, I was sitting in her room because I was going to see her off her first day of school. She puts her head on my shoulder and she says, ‘Daddy, you know, you realize this is probably going to be the last time that you ever send me off for my first day of school.”

As the audience “awwed” in unison, Obama continued:

“And I started – I had to look away. I didn’t want to just be such a crybaby. It makes no sense. Michelle and I are way too young to have daughters who are both almost in college now. So as a parent, I was a little freaked out.”
