Hundreds of Apple fans have spent the last two days camping outside of stores to be the first in the world to buy the iPhone 7, but one man’s journey proves he may be Apple’s biggest fan.

According to the Daily Mail, Attapon “Tom” Thaphaengphan spent over $800 to travel from Bangkok, Thailand, to Sydney, Australia, just purchase the iPhone. He documented his entire trip on his Facebook page.

The 30-year-old fought through rain, cold and construction noise after marking his spot in line outside Apple’s flagship Sydney Store on Thursday afternoon.

Thaphaengphan spent a wet night outside as he stood in line. He even had to huddle underneath a friend’s umbrella to keep dry in the early morning rain just hours before the store opened.

On Friday morning Thaphaengphan finally acquired his shiny new iPhone 7 Plus Gold.  He celebrated his accomplishment with a coffee to warm up, writing “after 19 hours waiting, now iPhone 7 is here!”
