Right on the heels of RHOA Todd Tucker losing his mother Miss Sharon, we are reporting and quite saddened to post the loss of Kelly Rowland’s mother Doris Rowland Garrison.  Mrs. Rowland Garrison leaves this earth at age 66 and while it is not revealed the circumstances surrounding Kelly’s mother’s death but she does ask that she be given privacy and respect during this time of bereavement.

Kelly having just become a mother to a baby boy recently with her new husband Tim Witherspoon referred to her mother as an “incredible soul” she states:

“She was an incredible soul who made countless sacrifices so that I could become the woman – and now mother – I am today,” Rowland added. “We humbly appreciate all the love and support and only ask for privacy during this difficult time.”

Kelly had reunited with her former Destiny’s Child members earlier in the year but took time to record a song she has released last month titled “Mommy’s Little Baby”, a tune dedicated to her newborn son Titan Jewell Witherspoon.

Kelly’s mother also leaves to cherish her memory a son, Kelly’s older brother named Orlando.
