The victim met Therrie Miller, 22, at a barbershop in south suburban South Holland on Nov. 27, and gave Miller his phone number, prosecutors said during a bond hearing Friday for Miller and his uncle, 50-year-old Stanley Stallworth.

Miller, of the 14900 block of South Lincoln in Dolton, invited the victim to hang out with him at Stallworth’s house in the 3300 block of South Calumet on Nov. 28, court records show.

Miller then drove the victim to Stallworth’s home and the pair pressured the victim to drink alcoholic beverages, according to court records.

The victim blacked out and woke up in the bathroom vomiting, court records show.

He blacked out several more times while struggling with Stallworth and Miller who were sexually assaulting him, according to court records.The victim woke up the next morning naked, prosecutors said.
