A woman in China reportedly got her 20 boyfriends to buy her iPhone 7s, and then she sold them in order to get enough money to buy herself a house.

According to the BBC, a Chinese blogger, Proud Qiaoba, wrote about her friend Xiaoli, who pulled off the homeownership trick in a market that the BBC reports is a tough buyer’s market in China for homes, making her achievement even more impressive. She was able to sell the iPhone 7s for $885 each in order to buy the home.

According to Qiaba, Xiaoli “is not from a wealthy family. Her mum is a housewife and her dad is a migrant worker, and she is the oldest daughter. Her parents are getting old and she might be under a lot pressure hoping to buy them a house… But it’s still unbelievable that she could use this method!”

The story has since gone viral on the Chinese micro-blogging site Weibo under a hashtag that translates to “20 mobiles for a house.” The hashtag has been used over 13 million times since the story broke.

“Who knows what her boyfriends think now this news has become public,” Qiaoba wrote.
