On May 21st It was reported the Smith’s family  was undergoing investigation by the Los Angeles County Department of Child and Family services; and are now pleased to report an update . Since Jada Pinkett Smith’s recent comments to TMZ reguarding her daughter, Willow Smith’s controversial bed flick with Moises Arias; Jada and husband Will Smith have finally been cleared of any possible charges by the Los Angeles County Department of Child and Family services.

“Here’s the deal: There’s nothing sexual about that picture or that situation. You guys are projecting your trash onto it and you’re acting like covert pedophiles, and that’s not cool.”

 

According to RadarOnline and their sources, the DCFS concluded that Willow was not shown to be in any type of danger. The investigation was sparked after a “controversial” bed photo of Moises Arias, a 20-year-old former Disney Channel star, and Willow surfaced online. Many agree that the picture was surprising at the least, possibly because of the age difference of the two; but most will also agree that Will & Jada are not at fault here. The DCFS agreed; scandalous but not dangerous.
