What appears to be a cop on top of a young man punching him turns even more violent when the young mans whole neighborhood jumps in kicking the cop and pulling the cop off the teen.
You can hear them telling the teen to run as he takes off with the cop in pursuit. Why didn’t the cop wait for back up? This is really ridiculous.
Did this cop become so brazen that he thinks he alone can take on a whole neighborhood?
Were these neighbors right or wrong for attacking the cop.
