Mothers are so very special and the thought of them not being around is a thought that many people cannot fathom. We want them to be with is for as long as they possibly can.

Tyrese Gibson has reportedly spent the last few days at his mother’s bedside as she has been in critical condition at the hospital.

His mother has reportedly been on a ventilator at a hospital in the Los Angeles area, and Gibson posted an appeal for prayers along with a photo of him holding her hand, saying, “Praying over every breath she takes….. Our family needs you like never before….. Our beloved mother – she’s all we have… #PrayerWarriors we welcome your most sincere prayers….”

Gibson, who just earned a Grammy nomination this week, grew up with his mother Priscilla Murray in the Watts section of Los Angeles. Gibson’s father,Tyrone, left the family when Tyrese was six-years-old.
