Olesko was shot outside a home on Tumbleweed Trail last week. Friends said he had gone to the front to meet someone and then they heard gunshots.

Police believe robbery was the motive. They said Olesko and Sean Garrison were acquaintances and had arranged to meet on the day of the shooting.

The brothers showed up with the intention of robbing Olesko and ended up shooting him during the encounter, police said.

The Garrison brothers are each being held on a $200,000 bond. They will be charged with capital murder.
