Just a week after the Charleston shooting massacre that killed nine Black churchgoers, a Texarkana, Texas woman is catching heat after alleging that she was “jumped by 3 African-Americans” in a Facebook post when, in fact, she fabricated the event and applied makeup to make her face appear injured.

In her Facebook post, now deleted, Ashley Casey Martin even went so far as to describe the car of her supposed attackers. To top it off, she put her status description as “feeling emotional.” If you look at her photos, basically a tutorial for shi**y Halloween makeup, you’ll notice that girlfriend doesn’t even know what black eyes are supposed to look like. Instead of making her eyes appear swollen or bruised, they are just covered in black makeup in a panda-like fashion.

The Daily Dot called the Texas-side Walmart (Texarkana shares a border with the Arkansas town of the same name) where the alleged attack took place. We spoke with a security worker who said no incidents had been reported there within the past week.

We also showed the photos to Texarkana Police Department public information officer Mike Jones, who responded with an emailed statement.

“I’ve talked to our detective Sergeant. He has reviewed all of the reports from the weekend and there is no report of this incident,” wrote Jones. “There is also no report in our system from a person with the poster’s name. We are confident is stating that this incident, if it did occur, has not been reported to this department.”

She didn’t even give up the charade at this point, though. After receiving serious shade, Martin took to Twitter to post another photo of her allegedly beat-up face with the following caption:

“Here is your police report. Sorry I got jumped by three African-American young men. I have 2 black eyes and nose still is bleeding, and somehow I am in the wrong. Enough for people to say it was makeup, how embarrassing and very rude quite frankly. I don’t want you pitty (sic) attention anything. I’m just warning there are dangerous people in Texarkana be careful. They did this to me for no reason in front of my 3 year old. At Texas side Walmart.”

She has since deleted or made all her social media private. We hope this is the last we hear about her.
