The Death Of A BET Employee Who Died As A Result Of Silicone Butt Injections Has Now Been Ruled A Homicide

BET Employee Who Died As A Result Of Silicone Butt Injections Her Death Is Now Ruled A Homicide

More and more women are dying to be physically beautiful and we mean that literally.  Bigger lips, boobs and buttocks are the new fashion statement and women are putting their lives at risk in disproportionate numbers to have that perfect body.

You have to ask yourselves, is this worth dying over, will people just accept you for who you are and what god has already blessed you with.

Unless there is some type of major deformity or physical reason to alter your body, you should seek a professional trained board certified plastic surgeon who has the skills to assess your vitals and know that you’re o.k.

See what BET reported:

The death of a 34-year-old Maryland woman who traveled to Brooklyn for a bigger butt has been ruled a homicide by the New York City medical examiner, New York Daily News reports.

Kelly Mayhew, who worked at BET Networks, was injected with silicone in May 2015. Once she began to react negatively to the injections, the doctor fled the scene, never offering help to the ailing patient.

“The cause of death is systemic silicone emboli due to cosmetic silicone injections of buttocks,” said Julie Bolcer, a spokeswoman for the medical examiner. “The manner of death is homicide.”

Mayhew had previously received five enhancements, according to her mother, who was there during the procedure.

Located in the basement of a two-family home in Far Rockaway, Queens, Mayhew arrived with her mother to the “doctor’s” home to receive the injections. Mayhew reacted immediately and began to gurgle and struggle to breathe. Grabbing her keys, the doctor — who’s name has not been released — headed out of the basement office, speeding off in a gray SUV.

Mayhem’s mother desperately tried to revive her daughter with CPR but could not save her life. After her mother called 911, Mayhew was rushed to St. John’s Episcopal Hospital, where she was pronounced dead.

The doctor is still on the run and the NYPD has confirmed that “the investigation is ongoing.”
