A New cell phone video has emerged which shows Alton Sterling on the ground at the time he was fatally shot by Baton Rouge police.

It is very clear that Sterling was being compliant and there was no weapon in his possession. You can see the officers with his knee planted in his chest and Sterling shoved slightly under a silver car. The officer begins shooting almost instantly yelling get on the ground after he has already put two bullets in Sterling’s chest.

The officer then proceeds to shoot him 3 more times in the upper extremities and then claims this young man pulled a gun on them.

The store owner allegedly said that Alton was a regular and posed no threat. His surveillance camera also shows no gun on Sterling.
