Authorities in Baltimore are searching for a person responsible for cutting into a water supply hose while firefighters were battling a fire at a CVS store during Monday’s riots.
The Maryland State Fire Marshal’s Office released two photos of the suspect who was seen using a knife to stab holes in the hose.
The suspect is described as a black male, medium build and was wearing a gray and red hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans and a gas mask.
