Stevie J’s Associates Served with Subpoenas Because He Did Not Pay Over 1 Million Dollars in Child Support

Stevie J’s friends and associates are now being pulled into his child support drama! RadarOnline.com reports that Project Child Support has served Stevie’s “Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta” cast mates and employers with subpoenas in his case.

According to his babymama Carol Bennett, Stevie owes her more than $1 million in unpaid support. Since he failed to show up in a New York court in February for a legal proceeding in the matter, Carol and Project Child Support are going after anyone he has ever worked with in an effort to get hold of his financial records.

The organization said in a statement, “The subpoenas will enable us to file a petition with the Superior Court of the State of New York to have Mr. Jordan’s royalties seized should he not agree to the terms we present  him to pay his unpaid child support,”

Project Child Support sent out subpoenas to the following people on March 17:

• Bad Boy Records/Entertainment, Inc. • Joseline Hernandez • Sony Music Group • VH1 Entertainment • Warner Music Group • Viacom Corp. • Universal Music Group • Raymond ‘Benzino’ Scott • The Kompany (President, Stevie Jordan) • Mona Scott/Monami Entertainment.

Get it together Steevie J’  Not a good look.
