It looks like Ramona Singer’s husband Mario just can’t get his hands off of his alleged mistress, Kasey Dexter. The Real Housewives of New York star’s husband was spotted yet again spending time with his mistress while the two were out on a date back in July.

Apparently, Ramona has once again kicked out her husband from their home after learning that he is still on contact with Dexter and has even been seeing her behind Ramona’s back.

A source tells In Touch Weekly on Wednesday, “She threw Mario out in late July because she discovered he was back with his mistress.”

According to the magazine, Mario and the blonde socialite were seen strolling hand in hand and kissing in Montauk on Long Island. The following week, they were snapped in a photo having brunch at New York City’s Anassa Taverna on Aug. 2.

Just recently, Ramona might have had the run-in of her life as she was very close to coming up close and personal with Dexter. Apparently, Dexter tried to make a scene at trendy Italian eatery Alfredo 100 by trying to confront Ramona in front of other diners.

According to a Page Six story from last Saturday, Dexter showed up at the restaurant where Ramona happened to be dining with friends. The website says Dexter has asked to leave and while she was being escorted by a manager, “she came up to the stars and tried to make a beeline to the dining room.”

The manager then grabbed Dexter, who shouted, “You just don’t want me to tell her I’m still [bleep]ing her husband.”
