According to TMZ, Oprah’s connecting the dots between the recent police-involved shootings, and the civil rights movement of the ’50s and ’60s … telling us it sometimes feels like not that much has changed.
We got O in D.C., shortly after she made her first trip to the new National Museum of African American History and Culture — and she said the Emmett Till exhibit hit her hard … in light of recent events.
Till was lynched in 1955, his death helped spark the civil rights movement.
She also gave us her 2 cents on people anointing Prez Obama as the greatest black man of all-time. You gotta see if she’s on board with that sentiment.
