Officers Eddie Martins and Richard Hall have both been indicted on first-degree rape charges for the alleged rape of an 18-year-old girl that they arrested and detained by handcuff in the back of their police van.  The two are expected to turn themselves in early next week for arraignment according to sources.

The Grand jury vote was finalized on Thursday following a week of testimony from the 18-Year old girl who told the jurors how the cops raped her while she was handcuffed against her will.

The narcotics officers both work in south Brooklyn and could face a mandatory minimum of three years in prison, and a maximum of 25 years, if convicted of the alleged charges.

The girl said the cops drove her to a Chipotle parking lot in Coney Island where she was forced to perform oral sex on both officers.

The young girl was initially arrested on September 15, 2017, for possession of marijuana and anti-anxiety drugs.

She stated that she was kidnapped, handcuffed, brutally raped and then thrown onto the street by two on-duty officers.

Both Matrins and Hall have been suspended without pay, an NYPD spokesperson has confirmed.  After hearing the good news that both officers will face charges, the young girl tweeted,” under her pseudonym, Anna Chambers, she  wrote “GODBLESSSSSS.”
