Nick Gordon Hit With A 10 Million Dollar Lawsuit By Bobbi Kristina's State Appointed Conservator

Nick Gordon has been served with a $10 million lawsuit filled by Bobbi Kristina Brown‘s state-appointed conservator, according to multiple reports. The New York Daily News obtained a video of Gordon being handed a manila envelope by a process server as he left a Starbucks in Longwood, Fla.

In the clip, a bystander asks Gordon “What is that?” in reference to the envelope, to which he replied, “I have no idea.”

E! News reached out to Gordon for comment but did not receive an immediate response. No criminal charges against Gordon have been filed.

According to the Daily News and People, however, these papers were the civil suit filed by Bobbi Kristina’s conservator on June 24. Last month, E! News obtained acopy of this suit, which alleges Gordon committed domestic violence on Bobbi Kristina (“including punching her in the face, knocking out a front tooth and dragging her upstairs by her hair”) and “routinely” transferred funds “into an account controlled solely by him” without having her consent or authorization.

Gordon, who has since completed a stint in rehab, is also accused in the suit of having stolen $11,000 from Bobbi Kristina’s account after she was hospitalized earlier this year.

Bobbi Kristina remains in hospice care, where members of her family have put aside their differences and come together in a show of support. Gordon hasclaimed the Brown and Houston families have forbidden him from visiting Bobbi Kristina, but a representative for her father Bobby Brown says Gordon “was offered an opportunity to potentially visit Bobbi Kristina and he declined to meet the terms of any possible visit.”

The Fulton County District Attorney’s office is conducing an investigation into the events leading up to Jan. 31, when Bobbi Kristina was found unresponsive in a bathtub.
