New York Woman Stabs Boyfriend To Death After Arguing Over A Facebook Password

Everyone has a right to their privacy whether they are single or in a relationship. A woman in New York was arrested after stabbing her boyfriend to death over a Facebook password. Check out the full story below.

A 21-year-old Bronx woman was arrested for murdering her boyfriend after the two began to argue over the password to her phone, police said on Monday.Laura Montanez fatally stabbed Kedwin Valerio, 25, in her E. 188th St. apartment near Tiebout Ave. in Fordham Heights around 6:30 p.m. Sunday, authorities said.She was charged with murder, manslaughter and criminal possession of a weapon.

Investigators said the fatal dispute began when Valerio demanded the code to unlock her cell phone. Violence ensued after Montanez refused.

Emergency responders rushed Valerio to St. Barnabas Hospital but he couldn’t be saved.

Police arrested Montanez at the scene.

She was awaiting arraignment on Monday.
