A$AP Freg and Missy Elliott teams up to drop a new single “Strive”.

It’s gon’ be alright! After teasing the song earlier in the week, A$AP Ferg delivers the full version of the Missy Elliott collaboration off his upcoming album Always Strive and Prosper.

Produced by DJ Mustard and Stelios Phili, the feel-good track features a dance floor-ready beat and an empowering message. “You can be you today / You can be you tonight,” sings the Trap Lord. “Know you’re feeling really grey, it’s gon’ be alright / I can see it in your face and I know you wanna fly / So get off your ass and create your life.”

Ferg rhymes about his uncle Terry and his old gig at Ben & Jerry’s before Missy takes over with bars about Virginia and her auntie Jean.

Due April 22, Always Strive and Prosper also features collaborations with Chris Brown, Ty Dolla $ign, Rick Ross, Big Sean, and Future.
