Miley Cyrus TurntUp At The EMA’s, Lights A Blunt At The End Of The Show

Tonight the Europe Music Awards is being televised from Amsterdam. Marijuana use is legal there and Miley Cyrus took advantage of that while giving her award speech. She started the show with a medley of “We Can’t Stop” and “Wrecking Ball”. Miley closed the show by winning the night’s biggest award for “Video of the Year” (“Wrecking Ball”).

Miley thanked celebrity photographer Terry Richardson for directing the video, she then reaches into her Chanel bag while saying“I couldn’t fit this award in my bag, but I did find this”. Miley then pulls out a lighter and blunt, and smokeds it on stage. She just got to turntup on stage.
