A 25-year-old man is charged with the sexual assault and robbery of a woman on Chicago’s West Side. The man allegedly attacked the woman two separate times in the Cragin neighborhood.
Wuilzon Cruz is accused of first attacking the woman late Thursday in the 2400 block on North Leclaire Avenue. He reportedly struck and robbed the woman as she was riding her bike.
The second attack happened early Friday in which Cruz is accused of raping the woman before trying to flee the scene.
Cruz is set to appear in court September 3.
