Quite a few Love & Hip Hop Atlanta fans are still in shock over the recent change in lineup. Last week, TMZ broke the news that series regular Benzino and his fiancée, Althea “Thi Thi” Heart, were fired from the show and will not return for Season 4. While Benzino took to both Twitter and Instagram to respond the news, most of his former castmates have remained silent. However, when our friends over at Wetpaint Entertainment asked Zino’s former castmate K. Michelle for her reaction to the news, the singer kept it very real.

“If it’s your time to go, then it’s your time to go,” K. Michelle told us, saying, “I thought Benzino was wilding. I mean, they were boring as s—t to me, so it is what it is.”

Though Benzino said that he was fired without an explanation, K. Michelle alluded there was just cause for Benzino’s release from the franchise.

“I mean, there were other reasons they were let go that I’m not at liberty to say, and he deserved that, to be let go. It was a serious situation,” she says. As for him being a crucial member to the franchise, Kay feels Benzino may have thought too highly of himself. “Him? I’m queen of Love & Hip Hop.And with Joseline [Hernandez] and Stevie [J.] too, everybody else is replaceable. Bye,” she laughs, adding, “I’m just being honest.”Speaking of Joseline and Stevie, K. Michelle also weighed in on the couple’s rumored baby on the way. Kay, who features Joseline on her new reality show K. Michelle: My Life, has nothing but nice words for her Atlanta friend. “If it’s true, congratulations.”

Kay says she hasn’t spoken to Joseline since the news broke, but she intends to “call in and check up on her and get how she’s feeling about it.”
