Producer Mickey “Memphitz” Wright sued both Vh1 and Mona Scott’s Monami Ent. after K. Michelle alluded to him abusing her while they were in a relationship. As the case continues to go forward, Bossip got their hands on the deposition, in which the R&B singer says she was never punched her in the face.

However, the “Can’t Raise a Man” singer says that Memphitz did hit her, and adds that she was hit with a water bottle, and received cuts, scrapes, bruises, and carpet burns during the ordeal. Memphitz denies ever hitting K. Michelle in the case, which will receive an evidentiary hearing on November 24.
