The reality TV show Growing up Hip Hip showcases the lives of  some of the industry’s youngest elite like Romeo Miller (Master P’s Son), Angela Simmons (Rev Run’s Daughter), Damon “Boogie” Dash (Dame Dash’s Son, Kristinia DeBarge (Kames DeBarge’s Daughter) , Egypt Criss (Sandra ‘Pepa” Denton/Treach’s Daughter), and TJ Mizell (Jam Master Jay’s Son) and from what we can see the show is running on all cylinders and has hit on some good topics.   The latest episode has brought out the truth in a conversation between James DeBarge and his daughter Kristinia about the reports that he fathered a child with Janet Jackson.

The fact of the matter is a birth happened, James is admitting to it but where is the child?  Rumors has circulated for many years that Janet Jackson’s sister Rebbie Jackson was charged with raising the alleged child of Janet Jackson, there’s no confirmation of that.  The marriage of James and Janet was annulled but there was no discussion about a pregnancy let alone a baby.  James has stated he was contacted by a young woman who claimed to be the child of his and Janet’s earlier this year.  This is one story that will definitely not go away.   We’ll just have to keep our ears to the streets as information emerges.
