Happy Birthday Motown Legend Smokey Robinson

Motown legendary singer Smokey Robinson turns 74 today. Born William Robinson, Jr aka Smokey Robinson given the moniker “King of Motown” is still going strong. He has recorded countless albums and singles and collaborated with several big names in the industry like label mate the late great Rick James and has dabbled in acting playing himself in the Temptations movie. Smokey also has his version of seafood gumbo in stores called “Smokey Robinson’s The Soul Is In The Bowl Gumbo. This gorgeous green-eyed artist with his numerous hits under his belt, collaborations and other ventures to keep him busy, he is surely a lively one and has shown no sign of stopping.
