Happy Birthday Al B Sure!

The month of June has yielded some awesome celebrities born in the month. Al B Sure! turned 46 on June 4th. He’s been kind of low-key on the music scene but he’s been quite outspoken in Instagram. Regardless of what challenges he has faced in his life or career, he most definitely gets credit for his contribution to R & B music.

With tracks like Off On Your Own Girl, Night and Day, and his contribution to the ever popular Secret Garden where he sang along side El Debarge, Barry White & James Ingram; Al B Sure! made his way through the “New Jack Swing” era. He did have an album “Honey I’m Home” released in 2009 that did fairly well on the R & B charts after that it Al B Sure! seem to disappear. Hopefully in the years to come he will find his way back to the charts. A girl can dream can’t she??
