Two teen girls Ayana Shermans and Shakayla Singleton nearly died after Gunman in Jacksonville, Florida shot up a school bus carrying about thirty teenagers.  

In the video you see some teens hanging out the window shouting at someone outside the bus.

Within a few seconds, you hear several shots fired and the kids screaming and two young girls were hit by the stray bullets.

On Friday morning, Ayana’s mother, Shameika Asberry, said she hasn’t been able to speak to her daughter yet as she remains unconscious, but doctors said Ayana will recover.

“She got shot in the back of the head. They were able to take the bullet out, but she does have a fractured skull,” Asberry said. “The school board came around to talk to me last night. They apologized and said they were sorry for what happened.” 

Although you can’t place blame on the children for the act of a crazed maniac, we still have to warn them of the dangers of teasing, bullying and disrespect of others.

Parents you have to remind your children about safety while riding on school buses because the things they do can jeopardize everyone on the bus including the bus driver.

The two children that were shot are o.k and are expected to survive.
