Christmas is the time of year in which bad kids become good and bad kids gets even badder.
In Ohio, a young boy did the unthinkable to his grandmother. They was out shopping and the grandson wanted a toy(Rock Em Sock Em Robots) and the grandmother (Barbara Weeks) refused to buy it. The young man hit Weeks in the nose and tries to hit her again but she was able to run away.
A customer seen the incident and called police. The boy was taken to the Montgomery County Juvenile Justice Center and charged with domestic violence.
