Old Footage: A Former CIA Narcotics Officer Says CIA Is Involved With Drug Trafficking [Video]

Former CIA Narcotics Officer Mike Ruppert confronts CIA Director in 1996, He says, “The agency has dealt drugs throughout this country for a long time.”

In 1971 President Richard Nixon declared war on drugs. He proclaimed, “America’s public enemy number one in the United States is drug abuse. In order to fight and defeat this enemy, it is necessary to wage a new, all-out offensive.  The problem with this “War on Drugs” appeared to be only affecting the black community. Here it is 2016 and the prisons are full of black and brown people.

One of Richard Nixon’s top advisers and a key figure in the Watergate scandal said the war on drugs was created as a political tool to fight blacks and hippies, according to a 22-year-old interview recently published in Harper’s Magazine.

Mike Ruppert says he was personally exposed to CIA operations and was recruited by CIA personnel to protect the agency while they were involved in trafficking narcotics.  He says he’s been trying to get this information out for over 18 years and he has the evidence.

He says he was shot at and chased out-of-town for releasing this information.
