They say you have to kiss a few frogs before you find your prince!Over the past few years, fans of Fantasia have been through an emotional rollercoaster with the singer as she jumped into a bad relationship with her baby’s father Antwaun Cook, (who was still married at the time), and went through the kind of drama that made her want to end her life. Thankfully, that relationship is water under the bridge now, and she’s moved on to a man who treats her like a queen.

The singer gushed over her new beau on her Instagram page recently, while sharing that he was the type of man she used to dream about ever since she was a little girl.I wrote this song years ago titled Daydreaming.. It’s On YouTube now ( the First song I had ever wrote) In the song I was singing about A very special presence that would come to me in my dreams every since I was 12 years old. He would tell me how beautiful I was and would always talk about my eyes and my smile. When it was time to wake from the dream he would asked me over and over please don’t go.

The funny part is it was never a sexual thing it was just his presence and the love that I felt in the Dreams (I felt Protected and so very safe). I would hear him call my name *Fantasia* and I would go, I would just follow him wherever.. It would be long walks in Beautiful places and EVERYTIME It was so peaceful, it felt like a best friend somebody I had known all my life. The Only people I would talk about the Dreams to was My Mommy and @neek1064 I began to think that I would only feel that kind of love in my Dreams.. Well I Don’t Have That Dream Anymore because he CAME [heart on an envelope emjoi]

The North Carolina native (same as Fanny!) is partner and chief operating officer of Metro Transportation, a courier service based in North Carolina. Fantasia’s new boo is so good at what he does that Pride Magazine honored him at this year’s Lowe Pride awards by making him 2014′s Pride MBE of Distinction Winner. Kendall is also a man of the community! He belongs to many groups, including Men Who Care Global, an organization that mentors young black men between the ages of 18-22.

He’s the real MVP!
