EarHustle411 Kudos: Chicago Artist Makes A HUGE Impact With His “Wearable Art”; Meet Artist Michael Cox

EarHustle411 always like to showcase talented people.  There’s a craze going on amongst the residents of Chicago and across the country, from sports figures to DJs to regular ordinary people.  It’s called “wearable art” and it’s created by a gentleman from Chicago by the name of Michael Cox.  We’ve noticed the styles of Michael Cox in and around town and we must say he is doing the business.  According to his Facebook fan page “BORN VAIN ART by Michael Cox” it was founded in 2001 where he creates “The Absolute best in abstract Wearable art and custom canvas portrait work”.

Michael Cox has created wearable art pieces with some famous faces of people like Chicago Bulls player Derrick Rose, Comedians Gary Owens, Richard Pryor, Mike Epps, Deon Cole, Verdine White of Earth, Wind & Fire, Method Man, Big Daddy Kane, Gospel great Fred Hammond & Prince to name a few.  He’s also has been sought out after by some of Chicago local DJ talent like Chosen Few DJ Alan King, 50Millz, Monte Wilson, Farley “Jackmaster” Funk,  DJs Skip & Steve “Silk” Hurley of SNS Records and many more.

The BORN VAIN ART by Michael Cox collection is not only on t-shirts, purses and bags, he also does traditional styled pieces on canvas.  Just know that Michael’s creations are one of a kind and they are well worth the price tag.  Check out a few of Michael Cox’s masterpieces:
