During the 2016 Super Bowl half time show, Beyonce, Bruno Mars and Coldplay all put on superb performances. Considering this is Black History Month, Beyonce did an extravagant performance paying homage to The Black Panther Party who reigned Supreme among blacks during the 60’s up to the 80’s.
The Black Panther Party was a revolutionary black nationalist and socialist organization founded by Huey Newton and Bobby Seal which was active in the United States from 1966 until 1982, with its only international chapter operating in Algeria from 1969 until 1972.
The purpose of the organization was to protect blacks from police brutality, the Ku Klux Klan and to also provide proper nourishment for the blacks during the time of Jim Crow.
After Beyonce’s stellar performance the backlash was enormous mostly from racist white people who felt her performance was racist only because they feel the Black Panther Party was a racist violent organization and contrary to what many may think, that is the furthest thing from the truth.
The primary goal was to protect blacks from angry mobs of racist white people by executing their 2nd amendment rights. The Second Amendment of the United States Constitution reads: “A well-regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.”
These angry racists and Police felt she had no business honoring nor supporting them because during the 60’s a state trooper was allegedly killed by member of the Black Panther Party and of course they never forget.
It’s amazing how blacks endured hundreds of years of slavery, bigotry, lack of proper education, sub standard living condition, high imprisonment, lack of jobs yet blacks are being told to get over it and let it go.
A rendition of America the Beautiful was performed during Super Bowl 50 and the Mississippi state flag, which features the Confederate flag, was in plain view in front of millions of viewers although offensive to many blacks that didn’t seem to be a problem.
Recently at the 2016 Saviour’s day, Minister Louis Farrakhan addressed an issue not only facing Beyonce but black America as a whole. You see we have what is called “Freedom of Speech n the United States which is protected by the First Amendment to the United States Constitution and by many state constitutions and state and federal laws.
A law which some police seem to think they are only entitled too. Beyonce’s performance got them all up in arms to the point they are refusing to protect her during her 2016 Formation Tour.
Not so fast says Minister Louis Farrakhan. Minister Farrakhan just said that he loves Kendrick Lamar’s presentation, Kanye West’s new album, and Beyonce’s performance. He also stated that the mighty FOI will secure her since the police won’t!
