Ear Hustle 411  came across a story where a mother is abusing a new born baby tossing him around and Chanting by the name of Jesus all while the father video tapes and says, ” I have nothing to do with this.”

Not once did the father try to intervene instead he kept claiming that the mother was crazy and he had nothing to do withe her abusing the child.  He later says.,”  I came over to smash and you in here doing this.

He continued to ask her if she had been smoking crack and if so where did she get the crack from.

The mother had another child in her grasp and was telling the little girl to kick the baby and throw the baby where the child screamed No!!! I don’t want to hurt my brother.

Apparently Police were called and came out to the residence but didn’t feel the need to arrest either parent.  The mother was immediately taken to a mental institution and the father who watched the abuse was NOT charged with any crime.  Both children were removed from the home and taken to other relatives

The Memphis Department of Children Services is activating a safety plan for the baby boy as well as the little girl in the video.   Let’s hope and pray that they find a loving home for both children.    local FOX13 TV station in Memphis was told  that there is an ongoing investigation into this matter.
