Surveillance video shows a young black male that resembles Madison running from the scene after Tubbleville crashed his Mercedes into tree at the intersection of Oak Lawn and Lemmon avenues.
The 33-year-old died at the hospital.
Police said investigators found Madison’s prints and DNA in Tubbleville’s home and at the scene of the crime. A witness also positively ID him as the person who joined the dominoes game.
He is now charged with capital murder. He does have a criminal history that includes assault and theft.
