Congratulations To Remy Ma & Papoos, They Are Expecting Their First Child

Per Dallas Black, Remy Ma and Papoose, who many of you know from “Love And Hip Hop New York”, are expecting their first child together.

They both have one child each from previous relationships.

Remy recently shared a sweet photo on Father’s Day for Papoose, writing, “Happy Father’s Day Daddy😍😘 Husband, I love you for so many reasons, one of them being how great you are with ALL the children- not just ours but everyone else’s too. Can’t NOBODY say you are not the epitome of what a father should be. I cannot wait to make you a “Daddy” again 😊We all love you soooo much

Remy Ma showed off her baby bump at a Pre-BET Awards event, the 29th annual ASCAP Rhythm & Soul Awards last night at the Beverly Wilshire hotel in Los Angeles.

Remy and Papoose have wanted to have a child together for quite a while now. Papoose has made having a child a top priority after his wife returned home after serving her prison sentence.

On season six of “Love And Hip Hop New York”, Remy agreed to start trying for a baby after they had their dream wedding. That happened and now it’s obviously baby time!

Remy Ma and Papoose have not made an official announcement yet, but there are reports that they will drop the baby bombshell on the reunion show. An insider present at the taping of the reunion revealed the couple are expecting a baby girl. They even claimed the couple will name their daughter Shamella Mackie, in tribute to her father. His real name is Shamele. 

That is not the only exciting news for Remy. She has just confirmed she will be starring on the Starz hit series, “Power.” 

She the news via her Instagram post dedicated to 50 Cent, thanking him for his unwavering support. She ended her message by revealing that she has a role in the upcoming season of “Power.”

 She announced her new gig with this post:

 “This man @50cent is so special to me; I don’t even think he knows how special he is to me. When I needed people’s support the most he didn’t run away & pretend to be too busy like a lot of others. He took out time to write & sign not 1 but 2 separate letters in the hopes of helping me win my appeals when I was incarcerated. He didn’t have to do it but he did & I truly appreciate it…thank you.”
