Chris Brown's Baby Momma Nia Guzman Loses Again In Court, She Is Ordered To Pay Back All Attorney's Fees

Chris Brown’s ex Nia Guzman is DENIED full custody of their two-year-old daughter Royalty… as judge orders her to pay back attorney fees

He’s been back and forth in court over custody of his two-year-old daughter Royalty.

But now Chris Brown’s court battle with Nia Guzman, has reached a conclusion – with his former flame denied full custody of their child and she has been ordered to pay back the singer the attorney fees he gave her.

According to TMZ, insiders linked with the 27-year-old star revealed that every request regarding custody of their daughter was struck out by the Californian judge.

The site claims the 33-year-old was reportedly looking for full custody of Royalty as well as having Chris’ visits monitored, deny his mother the right to see the child and to have him submit to drug tests.

Despite her attempts, TMZ say Guzman lost out on all her requests – with every single one being denied by the judge.

Instead, the judge maintained joint custody for the former couple – with Chris continuing to have his daughter for 12 days a month.

Aside from issues regarding Royalty, Nia previously had filed for her legal documents for a change in custody when the judge had ordered him to pay her $20,000 to afford a lawyer for the case.

However, as Nia lost out on all requests, the judge insisted she was no longer entitled to the money and gave the Beautiful People hitmaker a credit.

The mother-of-two, who has a 15-year-old daughter from her previous marriage, was also seeking to increase her child support from $2,500 a month to $15,000 a month.

Although there was to be a separate hearing on child support, Nia has now ‘dismissed her support petition’, according to the website.

MailOnline have contacted Chris’ reps for comment.

In May, Chris scored his first legal victory after the judge ruled he could continue his existing custody arrangements over his daughter.

The former model had filed papers in April – alleging the US singer was unfit to care for Royalty without supervision.

Former model Nia had asked for his visits to be restricted and monitored over her concerns of his alleged drug use and gang affiliation.

However, a Los Angeles judge rejected Nia’s request in court so the pop star will continue to have unmonitored 12 days a month with Royalty, TMZ.com reported.

Meanwhile, out of court, Chris apparently blasted Nia on social media for posting a photo of their daughter that he didn’t approve of.

Nia shared an image of Royalty in a black tutu and leg warmers, sitting on the floor of a dance studio, on Instagram.

Brown previously commented on the photo: ‘It’s crazy to me that a parent would be OK dressing our daughter like she 16. I ain’t cool with that. She is 2!!!’

Nia replied: ‘If anybody thinks something is wrong with a baby… mad at the world in dance class… in her TUTU… U need to go pray! #Namaste.’

Chris was still furious, hitting back: ‘Dance class is fine even with the leotard.. the pics just looks risky in my opinion, this isn’t a debate.
