For the fifth year, the Six Brown Chicks are producing the He Says/She Says relationship panel at the Black Women’s Expo; the topic, “How to Love a Black Man—and How He Should Love You Back.

The panel takes places on Saturday, April 9th at 1:00 p.m., at the McCormick Place, room N227B. [Free to all Black Women’s Expo attendees].

The Six Brown Chicks asked Facebook to select the panel this year, and the six men came highly recommended. This year’s male panel includes political activists, a social worker, a college professor and entrepreneurs: Jonathan Jackson; Kenyea Beach; Khalid Scott, Maze Jackson, Morris Brent; and Okera Hollis.

The panelists will give a frank talk to women about love, sex, and relationships; but this isn’t just another relationship panel, says Zondra Hughes, founder and digital strategist for Six Brown Chicks.

“Our panel is different because the men take relationships so seriously. They are vocal, authentic, men who want to connect with women in a meaningful way,” Hughes says. “These men are breaking the man-code to keep it real with us, and their truths will be told.”
