There have been several stories in the news lately, were cell phones explode, melt or even bend.  Samsung has even recalled one of their phones do to the incendiary battery issues with the Galaxy Note 7.

Ear Hustle 411 is not certain what type of phone CeeLo Green was on but his phone exploded as he was chatting away.

A security camera footage from a recording studio where CeeLo Green was working. As you can see, he seems to be chatting with a group of people while working with an unknown artist before he takes a call.

As you watch the video, you can see the phone start to smoke and then you just see a pop followed by CeeLo collapsing to the floor. The phone, whose make can not be identified, exploded in his face.

We’ve reached out to CeeLo’s camp, and are trying to find out what happened – and whether he’s been seriously injured.
