South Loop gas leak leads to evacuations and traffic delays near Roosevelt Road and State Street, CFD reports.
A construction crew hit a natural gas line in the area around 11 a.m., according to Fire Media Affairs.
Stores and businesses in the area were being evacuated as of 11:15 a.m., and no injuries have been reported.
