Andrew Holmes is usually the first to speak up about the horrible things taking place in and on the streets of Chicago. Now the very thing he advocates has muddled its way into his own life again. His nephew was wounded by a stray bullet in 2014 and now his daughter Tamara Sword has been fatally wounded by a stray bullet to the chest.
