Texas-based Trinity Designs, Inc., who is making a name as one of the largest, independent, Black American woman-owned manufacturers for Black dolls of color, has unveiled its newest 16-inch collectible beauty, “The Essence of a Star.”

“As we celebrate black beauty through dolls we endeavor to produce high quality collectibles that inspire, captivate and encourage young women and children to love the skin they’re in. We’re so happy to design beautiful dolls that really are a reflection of who we are. As we celebrate black beauty we celebrate also the idea that dreams do come true. We only dreamed of developing a line of dolls but with perserverance and hard work we have managed to make a footprint in the doll industry,” explain owner and visionary Nic’cole Graves.

“Star” has been made available for an exclusive pre-order offering during Black History Month, explained Nic’cole Graves.

“In 2001 I got the idea to develop an African American doll that would depict “The Essence of a Delta“. The idea to develop a doll for myself expanded into a collection of dolls that celebrated all the Black Greek Lettered sororities. In 2006 I began prototyping and today Trinity Designs, Inc has grown its product line and its vision,” she said.

Trinity Designs, Inc. launched initially with a sorority doll collection and decided to expand its portfolio to include dolls that celebrated beauty across various other organizations as well. They are also adding a line of children’s dolls affectionately named “Nubian Bellas” to its future product lines and hopes to introduce them Winter 2015.

Some upcoming designs include a special exclusive doll for the amazing ladies known across the nation as Mary Kay Consultants, as well as a diva with fashion on her mind, Dominique La’Shone and “Elan” our signature holiday collectible.

Preorder pricing is $115 and doll comes with all accessories shown. You can use the accessories or not. They are included but up to the discretion of the owner to use. For more information, visit www.trinitydesignsinc.com or contact Nic’cole Graves at 800-593-1823.
