BALTIMORE (WJZ)– Baltimore City Police say a woman and toddler were killed when a driver intentionally struck them. It happened around 9 p.m. Tuesday in the 1900-block of W. Franklin Street.
Prior to getting into a vehicle and striking the victims, the unidentified driver was in an argument with 25-year-old Latoya Skipwith. In addition to Skipwith, two children were hit.
Skipwith was pronounced dead at 9:30 p.m. A 2-year-old boy, Joshua Carter, was pronounced dead at 12:33 a.m. Wednesday.
A 7-year-old was taken to an area hospital and is expected to survive.
Police are investigating this case as a homicide. The suspect remains at large.
