Over the years we have been taught that breakfast was the most important meal of the day. A good breakfast would consist of eggs, bacon, cereal, milk and orange juice. Sounds very tasty doesn’t it? EarHustle411 came across a video of a man who was discussing the mind games that the government has been playing for several years about the foods we eat and they claiming them to be healthy. He goes further to break down why blacks are riddled with different health issues like high blood pressure, diabetes and heart disease and cancer to name a few. Several studies have shown that blacks have the highest loss of life expectancy rates from heart disease, cancer and diabetes than that of other races. The numbers are startling.
Today the foods we eat are not all traditionally made and they are loaded with chemicals and many are genetically modified so they will have a longer “shelf or refrigerator” life. Why would someone want to put unhealthy organisms in their body, knowing the potential outcome? Was the man accurate in his account about the foods we eat?

We can most certainly say that this was a very interesting way to break down breakfast, just enough to make one reconsider eating what they were “taught” was a healthy breakfast.
