“VH1 Cancels ‘Single Ladies”

Network Vh1 has decided to pull the plug on drama series Single Ladies after three seasons. The show, which is currently airing it’s third season starring LisaRaye McCoy, Denise Vasi and D.B. Woodside is produced by Queen Latifah’s Flavor Unit Entertainment. The show was the network’s first attempt at scripted programming and each season’s premiere posted higher numbers than the one before. Nonetheless, Vh1 has decided to call it quits.

We’ve been proud to deliver three seasons of the drama, romance and style that engaged viewers in each episode of Single Ladies,” VH1 said in a statement to Deadline.

The March 24 season finale will now be the series finale.
