A black woman driving to work, minding her own business is attacked by a racist white man who allegedly accuses her of selling drugs because she drives a brand new Lexus and she shouldn’t be able to afford it.

The man deliberately hits her car and assaults her by throwing a handful of pennies at her further damaging her windshield.

After chasing the man down and calling the police, she alleges that the police shows up and tells her to let it go because there is not that much damage to her car.

After running the man’s license, they find out this is not the first time he’s done this type of thing and although he has a Vermont License, he has suspended License in New York.

The officer is heard apologizing to the lady and tells her she’s free to go and to calm down.  They arrest the man and tell the lady to go on her way.

The lady is visibly shaken up and in complete disbelief that the cops were trying to let this man go at first and claims she has never experienced this type of racism where someone actually attacked her trying to intentionally cause physical damage to her.
